Flat rates will be applied to each ship-to address in the order. Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders ship from our warehouse in Rockford, Illinois 61104

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat rate Shipping to the UK, Europe and Canada. Shipped via USPS regular mail service.

$20.00 up to 4 lbs.

Delivery

-Due to the value of the goods, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time
- For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) ET, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1–2 business days upon credit card validation.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
- Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over  $200
- Orders shipped with Free Shipping are usually sent via USPS or UPS Ground, or FedEx and may take 10 business days to arrive at the destination.
- Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1–2 business days.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Standard Delivery
- Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically will be delivered within 4-10 business days, via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
- Standard Delivery is only available for street address within the continental U.S. Standard Delivery is not available for shipments to AK, HI, addresses.
- Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

Rush Delivery
- Orders shipped via Rush Delivery typically will be delivered within 2-5 business days via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
- Shipments to AK, HI, will ship at the Rush rate and delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
- Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. 

Multiple Addresses
- Our customers may ship to multiple addresses within one order; however the flat shipping rate will be applied for the shipping method chosen for each address in the order.

Signature Required
- Shipments with a merchandise value above $300 may be sent with a signature required upon delivery.
