All sales are final. Non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check size chart for your size.
10 Day Policy:
We know that sometimes an item just does not work for you so you have 10 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return or exchange the item. The item(s) must be in the original condition with all tags attached. You can return or exchange the item if: The item(s) is in the original condition with all tags attached. Please note there is a tag on each garment that states ‘if this tag is removed the garment cannot be returned’. Item is unworn and in original condition. We will refund your money after careful inspection of the garment. If the item has been worn we will return the item to you. If items are returned past our 10 day return policy we will issue a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We do our best to return your funds within 7 working days from receipt of the return. In some incidences this may take longer due to the banking process.
- All returns are at the buyers’ expense.
- Ensure the parcel.
- Make sure you have paid the correct postage.
- If postage is underpaid it will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received free shipping on your outbound order and are returning your purchase that shipping cost will be deducted from your returned funds.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Email us at the firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us that you will be returning or exchanging your purchase.
- Fill out the form below.
- Put the invoice or a copy of the invoice in your shipping bag or box.
- We recommend that you insure the parcel.
- You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received and inspected the parcel.
- Refunds are usually given within 7 working days from receipt of return. (Maximum within 4 weeks)
If you are exchanging an item(s) for a different size we suggest you place a new order.
